Looking back over the first ten years of this millennium, the scale and pace of change has been remarkable. Although trends come about quicker now, they don't pop up instantaneously. They start from nuggets, grow and morph.
For this reason our main report focuses on six overarching trends we see as major influencers of life and commerce in 2011. We're interested in macro views, looking at root causes of for example, what's influencing the return to 70s fashion, why we'll buy certain products and how we're changing the mental models we use to make choices.
